CANCELLATION POLICY

Of course, certain life emergencies and situations cannot be helped and I am more than happy to work around these, but please bear in mind that when you book an appointment, you are holding a space on the calendar that is no longer available to any others. So if you are unable to make a class you have booked, please ensure you cancel via your confirmation email or contact me directly at your earliest convenience.

During these current restricting times, spaces are in high demand, so I would ask that you give at least 24 hours notice to cancel your class, otherwise I will have to charge you the normal class fee (this is also applicable for a no show) I hope you can understand my small business policy.

DELIVERY TIMES

Your items will usually be dispatched within 2-3 working days. If there is a delay for any reason I will contact you to let you know.

Your item will be packaged in a bubble wrap envelope to ensure safe delivery to you.

DELIVERY COSTS

Your order will be sent by 1st class untracked Royal Mail small parcel delivery . This service typically takes 3-4 days from the date of dispatch and costs £3.50. 

At present I am a UK deliveries only set up.

If you would prefer a quicker/different delivery method please ask.

RETURNS

I hope you will love your items. Every possible care will be taken to ensure that your items arrives safely, but if there has been damage caused in transit please CONTACT me within 5 calendar days of receiving your order with photos if possible. I will help to resolve any issues as quickly as possible by replacing the item if necessary.

I will be unable to provide refunds or replacements where damage has been caused by accident, neglect or misuse.

 If you suspect a parcel has been damaged in transit, parcels should be opened in the presence of the delivery service provided upon receipt of the goods.  This will allow you to verify that the Goods are contained in the parcel are untampered with and undamaged. Should you fail to do this, and subsequently find the Goods are not contained therein, or have been damaged during delivery, we may not be able to claim against the Courier or against our insurers. Accordingly, if you do fail to do this, you agree that you will be solely liable for any such loss or damage and shall waive, release and indemnify us from and against any claims relating thereto, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Unfortunately once payment has been taken I am unable to offer a cancellation service, but if you wish to cover the cost and send back your item I will be happy to refund you as long as the item is good as new.

Your refund will be processed within 10 calendar days.

The above does not affect your statutory rights.

LATE AND LOST DELIVERIES 

The white room meditation cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or delayed in transit.

CRYSTALS

Crystals work on a vibrational level, they have a very subtle energy, the crystal gives energy to any area that is lacking within the human body bringing our energy back into a stable form.

Crystals have been used in this way for centuries.

Crystals are not to be considered as a substitute for traditional medical treatment. If you or someone you know has a serious health issue you/they should consult their/your own doctor and/or other appropriate professional medical practitioners.
